Lil Champs BJJ

Our Lil Champs BJJ program is the perfect introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for young children ages 4-6. This fun and engaging 30-minute class is held three times per week and is specifically designed to match the attention span and developmental needs of our youngest students.

Through age-appropriate instruction, children learn fundamental Jiu-Jitsu movements, coordination, balance, and body awareness while building confidence, discipline, and listening skills. Each class focuses on creating a strong foundation that prepares students for continued success as they advance through our youth programs.
